Microbreweries have been making their way across northeast Nebraska, and in Norfolk it’s no different.
Executive Chef and Brewmaster at the SandBar Bill Wilkinson says they have come along way since they first started brewing beer two years ago.
“It’s been overwhelming the difference in the quality and quantity we can keep up with. Before we couldn’t keep up, we rushed some beers that we should have waited a little longer with. They weren’t as good as they could have been and now we have the opportunity for the beer to do its work while it’s fermenting and aging.”
