The SandBar Restaurant features American cuisine and uses fresh ingredients to provide a great selection of casual fare.
The menu includes appetizers, sandwiches, homemade soups, pizzas, salads, desserts, ribs and Certified Angus beef burgers, prime rib and steaks. The restaurant offers a full bar, large screen TVs, billiards, sand volleyball courts, outdoor patio seating, beer garden and fire pits. The special weekly menu announced every Tuesday features the Chef’s signature dishes. The restaurant features happy hour specials on craft beer and food selections Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

ABOUT THE CHEF
We are excited to announce that Keith Wolken has been appointed as Executive Chef at the Divots Conference Center and SandBar & Grill restaurant. Wolken comes to Divots with 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry and he will be overseeing all of the culinary operations, including the SandBar & Grill restaurant, weddings, meetings and events.
Wolken, who is a northeast Nebraska native, grew up in the industry fry cooking and washing dishes at a young age in West Point, Nebraska. He has worked at such restaurants as the beloved Garden Cafe and Bakery at Rockbrook Village in Omaha, the Elkhorn Steakhouse Kitchen in West Point, Indian Trails Country Club in Beemer, and most recently was the executive chef at Barnstormers in Norfolk. Wolken credits his 25 years in the food industry for instilling a sense of confidence and providing skills that always translate in new environments.
